摘要 采用不同的热处理制度对3.5Ni钢埋弧焊熔敷金属进行热处理,找出焊后回火参数(P值)与熔敷金属低温冲击吸收能量值之间的关系,确定3.5Ni钢埋弧焊最化焊后热处理参数,并在生产中进行验证。 Heat treatments with different parameters are performed on the deposited metal of 3.5%Ni steel by submerged arc welding (SAW) and Larson-Miller parameters(parameters P)were calculated according to the heat treatment temperature and time.Then the low temperature impact tests of the deposited metal on low temperature steel were carried out.The relation between parameters P and low temperature impact test results of the deposited metal of 3.5% Ni steel was obtained.Finally,the best post-weld heat treatment parameter on 3.5% Ni low temperature steel for SAW was determined,and was verfied in production.
