摘要 简介了压力容器常见的热处理工艺。阐述了焊后热处理对V改进钢(2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V)、P91钢及07MnNiMoDR钢焊接接头力学性能的影响。重点介绍了采用高于A _(c3)热处理改善热成形封头焊缝及电渣焊焊接接头的冲击韧性。随后简介了焊后热处理改善焊接接头(焊缝金属)其它性能,如断裂韧性、蠕变性能、抗应力腐蚀性能及疲劳强度。希望将有关标准中对“改善材料力学性能热处理”习惯提法更改为“改善焊接接头力学性能热处理”。 The common heat treatment process of pressure vessel was introduced.The effect of post-weld heat treatment on mechanical properties of welded joints of V improved steel(2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V),P91 steel and 07MnNiMoDR steel was described.The effect of heat treatment above A _(c3) line on the impact toughness of hot forming head weld and electroslag welded joint was emphasized.The improvement of other properties of welded joints(weld metal)by post-weld heat treatment was introduced from aspects of fracture toughness,creep property,stress corrosion resistance and fatigue strength.It was hoped that the customary term of“heat treatment to improve the mechanical properties of materials”in relevant standards would be changed to“heat treatment to improve the mechanical properties of welded joints”.
