摘要
通过对非晶合金变压器特性、变压器线圈绕制和铁芯与线圈装配等生产工艺的改进研究,以及挂网运行效益分析,指出非晶合金变压器结构和生产工艺对其节能特性有重要影响,为进一步降低非晶合金变压器的空载损耗和空载电流指明了方向.对于用电负荷主要以居民生活和农业生产为主的负荷率偏低的农村电网,采用非晶合金变压器,其节能降损效果显著.
In order to improve the performance of amorphous alloy transformers,and spread its application,the improved process technology of the amorphous alloy transformer,winding transformer coil and assembling the core and the coil,are proposed in this paper.Meanwhile,through analysis of the practical experience on the net,the benefit results show that the improved produce process method is feasible to further reduce the no-load loss and no-load current of amorphous alloy transformer.For the rural power net mainly loading about residents or agricultural productions,the effect of lowering loss and saving the energy is remarkable,by introducing the amorphous alloy transformer into the net.
