摘要
为了确定油浸式配电变压器中易产生的非晶合金铁芯碎片的位置,确定非晶碎片产生的机理,提出一种基于有限元方法的非晶碎片仿真分析方法.利用间接耦合方法分析变压器正常运行时的电磁场分布、电磁力作用下的应变、磁致伸缩特性影响下的应变.在建立压磁方程前提下,确定变压器非晶合金铁芯电磁场-机械场耦合数学模型,再利用该模型仿真分析了非晶合金变压器电磁力及磁滞伸缩力的应力场,获取其应变较为严重的位置,从而得出非晶合金铁芯碎片的产生位置.仿真分析结果表明,易产生非晶碎片的部位在上下铁轭与铁芯柱交界处.
In order to study the production mechanism of amorphous alloy iron core debris of the oil-immersed amorphous alloy distribution transformer, simulation analysis based on the finite element analysis for the production mechanism of amorphous alloy iron core debris is proposed. In this paper, the indirect coupling method is used to analyze magnetostriction. On the base of piezomagnetic equation, a numerical model of magneto-mechanical coupling for the transformer with amorphous alloy iron core is established. And then, the stress field of the electromagnetic force and the hysteresis telescopic force of the amorphous alloy transformer is simulated and analyzed to obtain the position where the strain is more serious, so as to obtain the position where the amorphous alloy debris is produced. Simulation results show that the amorphous alloy iron core debris are easily to be produced at the boundary between the iron core limb and the iron yoke.
