XPS of Surface for Nanometer MFe_2O_4(M=Ni,Zn) Oxides

摘要 采用草酸共沉淀法制备了纳米MFe2O4(M=Ni,Zn)立方尖晶石粉体,分别用XRD、XPS等手段对所合成样品的相结构、表面元素状态进行了表征。Fe2p、O1s的XPS分析表明,氧化物表面存在Fe2+及吸附态氧物种,氧空位的存在是形成反式尖晶石结构所致。 Nanometer MFe2O4 spinel particle was prepared by oxalic acid co-precipitation method.The structure and surface properties of as-synthesized sample was characterized by XRD and XPS respectively.XPS results of Fe2p,O1s confirmed the existing of the Fe2+ and adsorbed surface oxygen species in the surface of oxides,and the existing of oxygen vacancy was due to the formation of inverse spinel structure.
