摘要
以FeCl3,NiSO4和NaOH制备铁酸镍纳米粒子,探讨了NaOH溶液浓度、pH值、老化时间、老化温度对粒子的影响,通过透射电镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、化学分析法(EDTA滴定法)对粒子的结构进行表征和研究.结果表明:所得纳米粒子具有尖晶石结构,有磁性,粒子平均直径约为10nm,形状接近球形.
The nickel ferrite nanoparticles with the diameter about 10 nm were prepared and the results were tested by means of TEM, PXRD, IR and EDTA titration. The influence of the NaOH amount, aging temperature and aging time were discussed. The results show that the nickel ferrite nanoparticles are of spinel structre and magnetism.
