摘要
本文简要阐述了X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试原理、谱图相关知识及在各行业中对样品表面元素状态等进行的表征,讨论了其在木质材料、能源、表面改性、航空航天、生物医药、纳米器件、半导体和地矿等多领域的应用,旨在为从事XPS分析及进出口商品检测人员提供技术参考。
In this paper,the knowledge of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and the characterization of phase structure and surface element state of samples in various industries were introduced,and its applications in industries like wood materials,energy,surface modification,aerospace,biomedicine,nanometer devices,semiconductor and geology are also discussed.It provides a technical reference for those engaged in XPS analysis and import and export commodity inspection.
