摘要
图书馆员自愿组合择岗轮岗指图书馆对部分工作性质相同或相近的岗位提出一定的设计要求和条件,任由馆员自愿组合、自主择岗,并定期进行岗位轮换。这种做法对于调动馆员工作积极性、促进和谐图书馆建设、提高读者服务水平具有明显的效果。在实行馆员自愿组合择岗轮岗的过程中,要在前期调研的基础上认真制订实施方案,坚持公平、公正、公开的原则,综合考虑岗位的适宜性,发挥部门自主性,做好耐心细致的宣传解释工作。
Post selection and rotation of librarians based on the voluntary association is that libraries propose requests for similar type of works and posts,make librarians group together in voluntary association and select posts independently,and rotate posts regularly.It could motivate the enthusiasm of librarians,promote the harmonious construction of libraries,and improve the level of library services.In the process of implementing the post selection and rotation of librarians based on the voluntary association,libraries should formulate plans based on the investigation,insist on the principle of equity,fair and openness,consider the suitability of all posts synthetically,give play to autonomy of departments,and do well in the propaganda and explanation patiently.
