摘要
以烟台大学图书馆轮岗制的实行为开篇,重点记录了文献流通部实行轮岗制的细节及期间所引发的一些思考,与同仁们共勉。
In this paper, the post rotation system in our literature circulation department is described in detail, and some opinions were discussed.
