大鼠第三脑室室周区的生长抑素样触液神经元

摘要 目的 观察大鼠第三脑室室周区是否存在生长抑素样触液神经元。方法 采用免疫细胞化学方法显示第三脑室室周区的生长抑素阳性神经元。结果 第三脑室室周的室管膜下和室管膜内含有胞体或突起与第三脑室直接接触的生长抑素阳性神经元。 Objective To study the distribution of cerebrospinal fluid contacting somatostatinergic neurons in the periventricular area of the rat third cerebral ventricle in rats. Method Somatostatin positive neurons in the periventricular area of the third cerebral ventricle were observed by immunocytochemical method. Results Some of somatostatin positive neurons were distributed in the ependymal and subependymal layers of the third ventricle. Conclusions There are cerebrospinal fluid contacting somatostatinergic neurons in the periventricular area of the third ventricle in rats.
