摘要
本文将CB-HRP注入侧脑室,用CB-HRP逆行迫踪与免疫细胞化学相结合的方法,对大鼠脑干内的中缝背核及中缝正中核的远位触液神经元进行了定性研究。结果表明:中缝背核内存在VIP样、GABA样免疫反应阳性的触液神经元;中缝正中核内亦存在少量VIP样、GABA样免疫反应阳性触液神经元。它们的形态和数量各异。本文首次报道中缝背核和中缝正中核内远位触液神经元的化学性质,为探索其机能意义提供了形态学依据。
In the present study,CB-HRP was injected into the lateral ventricle.Distant cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)-contacting neurons of the dorsal raphe nucleus(DR)and the median raphe nucleus(MnR)of the rat were studied by combined method of CB-HRP tracing and immunocytochemistry.The results showed VIP-like and GABA-like immunoreactive distant CSF-contacting neurons existed in the DR and MnR.Their shape and number were different.The present paper reported the chemical nature of the distant CSF-contacting, neurons in the DR and MnR for the first time and provided morphological evidence for exploring their fullctional significance.
