摘要
目的了解厦门市手足口病病原检出率的影响因素。方法 2009年至2010年,收集哨点医院病例的咽拭子和血清标本1 502人份,用荧光定量RT-PCR法进行核酸检测,分析EV71和CoxA16检出率的影响因素。结果 EV71和CoxA16总检出率为63.5%(954/1 502)。咽拭子检出率高于血清;发病3 d内的标本检出率较高,时间间隔越久检出率越低;专科医院检出率高于综合医院;年龄别检出率呈抛物线形。结论标本类型、采集时间、医院类型、患者年龄与EV71和CoxA16检出率相关。
Objective To study influencing factors of positive rate of enterovirus in hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods From 2009 to 2010,1 502 samples of throat swabs and serum specimens in HFMD cases were collected from surveillance hospitals and the nucleic acid was detected by RT-PCR method.The influencing factors of positive rate of EV71 and CoxA16 was analyzed.Results The positive rate of EV71 and CoxA16 was 63.5%（954/1 502）,the rate of throat swabs was higher than that of serums.The positive rate within three days of onset was higher than that of other intervals and the longer interval the lower positive rate.The positive rate in special hospitals was higher than that in general hospitals,and the trend of age-specific rates showed quadratic type.Conclusion The sample type,collection time,hospital type and patient age are related influencing factors of positive rate of EV71 or CoxA16.
