摘要
社会管理通过规范社会行为、协调社会关系、解决社会问题、化解社会风险来维护社会秩序,激发社会活力。社会管理的外延包括管理社会行为、管理社会关系、管理社会问题和管理社会风险。社会管理是世界各国的普遍做法。在不同的历史发展阶段和不同的国家,社会管理方式、内容、主体不尽相同。从家庭和社区管理,到国家,再到全球社会治理,基本反映了社会管理的历史进程。
Through the norms of social behavior, the coordination of social relations, solving social problems, and resolving social risks, social management can maintain social order and stimulate the vitality of the community. Extension of social management includes management of social behavior, social relations management, management of social issues and man= agement of social risks. Social management is a common practice in the world. In different historical development stages and different countries, the pattern, the content, the subject of social management is not the same. From family and community management, to national, to global social governance, basically reflects the historical process of Social management.
