摘要
研究了庆铸铁中含有1.2%以下的铌时所形成的铌化物的存在形态,及其对组织与硬度的影响。结果表明:灰铸铁中含有一定量铌后形成了铌化物,细化了基体和石墨组织,提高了基体的显微硬度与宏观硬度。
The morphology of niobium compound of the gray iron with less than 1.2% of niobium addition and its influences on the structure and hardness were investigated. The result showed that adding niobium into gray iron caused niobium compound to be formed and as a result, the matrix structure and graphite became more fine, and the micro-hardness as well as the macro-hardness was increased.
