摘要
介绍了灰铸铁制动盘铸件的结构及技术要求,针对生产中出现的抗拉强度不合格问题进行了理论分析,并通过在原工艺不变的基础上调整碳含量和硅含量,使铸件本体的抗拉强度符合技术要求,最后指出:(1)制动盘中片状石墨粗大容易加剧其割裂基体组织的程度,进而导致强度和硬度的下降,铁素体作为软韧相,不宜过多的存在于灰铸铁制动盘中,以免降低力学性能;(2)降低碳当量可以有效提升制动盘的强度、硬度,偏高的碳当量容易导致石墨粗大,在生产中应采取合适的碳当量,才能生产出综合力学性能良好的制动盘。
The structure and technical requirements of gray iron brake disc castings were introduced.A theoretical analysis was conducted on the problem of unqualified tensile strength that occurred in production.By adjusting the carbon content and silicon content without changing the original process,the tensile strength of the casting body met the technical requirements.Finally,it was pointed out:(1)The coarseness of the flake graphite in the brake disc would easily aggravate the degree of fragmentation of the matrix structure,thereby leading to a decrease in strength and hardness.As a soft and tough phase,ferrite should not be present in excessive amounts in gray iron brake discs,so as not to reduce the mechanical properties.(2)Reducing the carbon equivalent could effectively improve the strength and hardness of the brake disc.A high carbon equivalent could easily lead to coarse graphite.Appropriate carbon equivalents should be used in production to produce brake discs with good comprehensive mechanical properties.
