摘要
在生产条件下,对几种稳定化孕育剂进行了对比试验,并对效果较好的DWF孕育剂进行了分析。试验表明:在碳当量3.69%~4.0%时,可获得HT300以上牌号铸铁。同时给出了其墨化能力、断面硬度及硬度差结果。
Stabilization study has been conducted among number of inoculants under production conditions, and the analysis had be carried out for good effective inoculant type DWF. The test showed that the strength over HT300 gray iron with the CE3. 69%~4.0% can be cahieved. At same time, the ability of graphitizing and sectional hardness distribution of the gray iron inoculated by DWF inoculant had been given.
