摘要
行之有效的德育课堂,需要发挥心理机制的重要作用。运用心理学中的"示范效应"、"霍桑效应"以及"登门槛效应",并通过建立融合机制、心理疏导的辅助机制、情感陶冶机制、激励机制以及长效机制,方能收到德育教育的良好效果。
The psychological mechanism plays an important role in the effective moral education class. With the demonstration effect, Hawthorne effect and threshold effect in the psychology, and through the establishment of the fusion mechanism,the assistant mechanism,the emotional edify mechanism,the incentive mechanism and the long-term mechanism of psychological counseling, the moral education can receive good effects.
