摘要
随着HDI板市场的迅速发展,在中国大陆的HDI PCB制造厂商越来越多,HDI板件应用越来越广,出现的问题也暴露出来,本文主要是针对HDI常见的问题进行分析与探讨。
As the rapid development of the market of HDI board, more and more PCB manufacturers entered this field in China's Mainland. The board piece of HDI can be applied in a large range, as a result of it, more and more problems come out. This thesis aims at analyzing and discussing the common problems of HDI board.
