摘要
目前,由于冶金短流程的兴起、炼钢过程对于废钢的要求日益苛刻及优质废钢匮乏等诸多因素的影响,寻找一种新型炼钢原料已迫在眉睫。碳化铁因其各方面的优点已引起人们的浓厚兴趣。迄今为止,澳大利亚、美国和德国等均进行了碳化铁的工业性试生产。同时,在美国、日本等国家已试用碳化铁代替废钢炼钢,其效果良好,预计碳化铁炼钢前景广阔。
Steelmaking needs scraps with high quality because of the short flow route process and scraps with high quality are short so finding out a new raw material instead of scraps with high quality is an urgent task. Iron carbide has heightened people ′s interest as a new raw material for its manifold advantages. Thus far, commercial pilot production of iron carbide has been carried out in Australia, America and Germany, and the commercial pilot production of steelmaking with Fe 3C instead of scrap as a raw material has been done in America and Japan, which got good results. It is anticipated that the future utilization of iron carbide as a new raw material for steelmaking is prosperous.
