摘要
目前，澳大利亚、美国、德国等均进行了碳化铁（Ｆｅ＿３Ｃ）工业性试生产，同时在美国、日本及欧洲的一些国家试用碳化铁替代废钢进行炼钢，取得了积极的效果。一种新型的直接以１００％碳化铁炼钢的自供能双室全封闭炼钢工艺将在美国进行半工业性试验，预计近几年内会有重大突破。
At present, commercial pilot production of iron carbide (Fe3C) has been carried out in Australia, Amelica, Japan and Western Europe. The iron carbide as an alternative raw material has been put to trial in steelmaking, and it is available for steelmaking application. The pilot commercial production of a new steelmaking process of arc furnace with dual chambers using 100% iron carbide will be performed in America. An important break through for application of iron carbide is expected in recent years.
