摘要
目的:探究益气补肾方抗胃癌转移作用的可能机理。方法:采用RT-PCR检测法测定益气补肾方水煎液对SGC-7901细胞基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶抑制酶-2(TIMP-2)基因表达水平的变化。结果:益气补肾方能下调MMP-2 mRNA的表达。结论:益气补肾方抗胃癌转移作用的机制可能与下调MMP-2 mRNA表达有关。
Objective：Explore the possible mechanism of gastric cancer metastasis of YiQiBuShen Formula.Methods：The effect of YiQiBuShen Formula on the gene expression of Matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2） and tissue inhibitor of Tissueinhibitors of metalloproteinase-2（TIMP-2） of SGC-7901 cells was tested by RT-PCR assay.Results：YiQiBuShen Formula could down-regulate the expression of MMP-2 mRNA.Conclusion：The inhibition effect of YiQiBuShen Formula may be related to down-regulating the expression of MMP-2 mRNA.
