论特殊奥林匹克运动开展与大学软实力提升——以第5届全国特奥会为例 被引量:7

摘要 特奥运动是智障人士融入社会、获得健康和自信的重要途径。通过文献调研、实地考察、调查访谈等研究方法,对国际和国内特奥运动的现状作了基本梳理,归纳出当前我国推广特奥运动存在社会观念尚未转变、政策调控重心偏移、健身服务体系薄弱、没有充分利用学校资源等主要问题,指出特奥运动的可持续发展必须依托大学的人力和物力资源,大学与特奥运动的结合,是智障人士社会融合的有利途径,并以第5届全国特奥会为例,阐述了大学作为先进文化引领者的角色,在服务社会、承担社会责任以及培养学生关怀意识和能力等方面应起的重要作用,以实际案例论证通过特奥运动开展,大学在社会地位、文化品位和人文价值等方面都得到很大提升,从整体上提升大学的软实力,并对大学进一步推广特奥运动提出了建立师资培训基地、设立志愿服务学分以及成立高校联盟服务智障人士等相应途径。 The Special Olympics Sport is an essential way for people with intellectual disabilities to integrate into the society as well as to obtain health and confidence. Through using the method of literature review, field survey and investigation, this paper basically outlines the current situation of the Special Olympic Sport, discusses some major problems such as:1) The social attitudes toward the Special Olympic Sport have not changed and the transferring of aim of the political control 2) The weakness of the healthy service system. 3) The waste of the school resource, points out that the sustainable development of the Special Olympic Sport must rely on the human resource and the material resource of college, and the integration between college and Special Olympic Sport is an important way for people with intellectual disabilities to get into the society. As an example of 5th National Special Olympic Game, this paper clarifies the important role that college student should play as the leader of the advanced culture, uses practical example to prove the great improvement of the colleges' social standing, humanistic value, uplift the soft power of the college on the whole through the held of the Special Olympic Game, also put forwards some useful methods for prompting Special Olympic Sport such as setting the base of persons qualified to teach teacher, setting voluntary services' credit hour, setting association between colleges to serve the intellectual disabilities and so on.
