摘要
该文旨在应用国际通用“心理健康诊断测验(MHT-CR)”,评价传统与改良特奥融合运动对智力残障儿童心理健康的影响及其影响差异。由60名智力残障儿童测试结果显示:两组实验组,在心理健康测验得分均低于对照组,差异具有高度显著性。参加改良特奥融合运动的实验组在四个分内容量表上得分低于参加传统特奥融合运动的实验组,差异具有统计学意义。结果说明:改良特奥融合运动相比传统特奥融合运动,可更大程度降低智力残障儿童的心理焦虑水平,辅助儿童身心健康发展。
Based on the international"Mental Health Test(MHT-CR)",this paper aims to evaluate effects of traditional and modified Special Olympics Integrated Sports on the mental health of the children with intellectual disabilities and their differences.An experiment is carried out on 60 children,who fall into two experimental groups and one control group.The results show that the scores of the former two groups are lower than those of the latter,and the difference is highly significant.Moreover,the experimental group participating in modified Special Olympics Integrated Sports score lower on the four sub-content scales than the one engaged in traditional Special Olympics Integrated Sports,and the difference has statistical significance.The results reveal that modified Special Olympics Integrated Sports could reduce the mental anxiety level of the children with intellectual disabilities and facilitate the development of children's physical and mental health.
