摘要
介绍了ITIL2.0的框架和核心流程,并通过ITIL2.0与ITIL3.0、COBIT和ISO20000的对比分析,揭示了各自的特点,从而为中小企业的IT服务管理提供了参考.
In this paper,the framework and core process of ITIL2.0 are described,and by comparing ITIL2.0 with ITIL3.0、COBIT and ISO20000,their respective characteristics are revealed to provide references for the IT service management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
