摘要
电网企业信息系统大集中后,如何保障信息系统安全、持续、可靠、稳定的运行变得尤为重要。通过深入分析电网企业信息运维的现状、需求和发展方向, 详细阐述了ISO20000 国际标准对于电网企业信息运维标准化建设的推动作用。在电网企业建设信息系统调度运行体系之际, 引进 ISO20000 国际标准不仅有益于电网企业信息运维组织结构的调整和优化,还可以全面推动信息运维服务及管理流程的标准化建设,全面提升电网企业信息系统的保障能力。
With the integration of information systems in power grid enterprises, it becomes especially important to guarantee secure, continuous, reliable and stable operation of information systems. Through deeply analyzing the current situation, requirements and development direction of information operation and maintenance in power grid enterprises, this paper illustrates the promotion effects of ISO20000 international standards to the standardization construction of information operation and maintenance in power grid enterprises. Introducing ISO20000 international standards not only benefits the adjustment and optimization of organization structure of information operation and maintenance, but also promotes the standardization construction of service and management process of information operation and maintenance. The overall support capability of information systems in power grid enterprises is enhanced.
