摘要
在医患相处和沟通过程中,同理心是医务人员必备的一项素质。通过介绍"同理心"的内涵、外延及应用,使医务人员在提供医疗服务过程中更好地应用"同理心"的服务理念进行医患沟通,并意识到医患关系也是一种伦理关系,从而建立良好的医患关系,提升医疗服务质量。
In the doctor - patient communication process, empathy is an essential quality of medical staff. By introducing the connotation, extension and application of empathy, the authors aim to enable medical staff to make better use of the empathy concept for doctor - patient communication in the course of providing medical services and be aware that doctor- patient communication is also an ethical relationship, so as to establish a good doctor- patient relationship and enhance the quality of medical services.
