市场经济条件下的医疗卫生服务具有无私利他的道德责任和追求利益的需求,医疗市场中的利他行为主要包括无私利他与为己利他,一个医疗行为是应无私利他、还是应为己利他,关键是要做利益限度的分析,在对医疗行为进行利益限度分析时,应注意把握“使患者有利、利益互赢、利益自主”三个原则。
The medical health services assume the moral duty and have the requirement of seeking the benefit at the condition of market economy. The action of benefiting others at the medical market includes benefiting for others unselfish and benefiting for others for self. To one medical action, be it must benefit for others unselfish or benefit for others for self？ It is important to analyze the benefit limit. We must grasp three principles of benefit for every patient, benefit mutual and benefit independent decisions when we analyze the benefit limit.
