摘要
当前军队院校教育转型需要深化任职教育教学的改革,本文围绕学院教育转型,从教学方法的改革入手,探索适应任职教育需要的教学方法体系。为了更好地体现大学物理实验课程的时代性和先进性,从而更好地提高学员的积极性和主动性。教学方法的选用需要与教学对象、教学目标和任务相适应,从而针对不同种类和层次的任职教育的教学目标和要求提出了相应的教学方法。
