摘要
面对日益升温的大学生"公务员热"现象本文从社会流动的视角出发,从影响社会流动的因素剖析大学生"公务员热"的原因,既有个人因素又有宏观的因素,如经济社会结构、制度政策安排和其他非制度因素;其次,分析公务员热对社会流动的不利影响及其产生的一系列问题。"公务员热"的降温则要依靠多方面措施来保障社会流动机制的正常运行。
Facing the remarkable phenomenon of "going for civil servants exam" among university students,this paper,through a social mobility perspective and the factors that affect social mobility,analyzes the reasons behind the phenomenon.It both exists individual factors and macroscopic factors including factors of economic social structure,system and policy and other non systematic factors.The paper also ponders the negative effects and problems caused by the phenomenon.It is required to take multi measures to ensure the normal function of social mobility mechanism in order to cool this phenomenon.
