摘要
用反相高效液相色谱同时测定维生素C、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠,方法简便、快速,准确度和精密度都很高,回收率高,重现性好,变异系数为4.7％。
An accurate and rapid method for simultaneous determination of vitamin c,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium, salt in food by reversed- phase high performance liquid chromatography was established. The process of analyzing sample was simple. The chromatographic conditions were Inertial ODS- 3C_(18) column, carbinol - ammonium acetate mobile phase and UV - 230nm detector. By using external method the analytical result showed that STD of vitamin C, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, saccharin sodium salt were 1. 82% , 4. 77% , 3. 83 % and 3.74% respectively, and recoveries were 94 % ~ 97% .
