摘要
通过主成分分析、因子分析和聚类分析,对青海高原牦牛骨、牦牛角中微量元素进行评价,为开发利用牦牛骨和牦牛角资源提供科学依据。第1主成分主要包含牦牛骨中矿物质元素91.026%的信息,前3主成分主要包含牦牛角中微量元素99.228%的信息。结果表明,通过化学计量学研究,能对青海牦牛骨、牦牛角品质做出科学评价。
The trace elements in the bone and horn of Yak in Qinghai plateau were measured and analyzed through the principal component analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis,to provide some scientific basis for utilization of the bone and horn resources of Qinghai Yak.The first principal components mainly contain 91.026% information of mineral elements in Qinghai Yak's bone.The three principal components mainly contain 99.228% information of trace elements in Qinghai Yak's horn.The chemometrical research of the trace elements in Yak's bone and horn in Qinghai plateau can make a fair and scientific evaluation.The quantitative and qualitative evaluation of trace elements opened a new area of comprehensive evaluation in Qinghai Yak's bone and horn,and laid the solid foundation for future development and utilization of Yak's bone and horn resources.
