抗病毒药利巴韦林燃烧稳定性比较研究

摘要 选择四个生产厂家的抗病毒药利巴韦林作为研究对象,利用氧弹量热计测定燃烧热,四家抗病毒药品燃烧热大小顺序为厂家4>厂家3>厂家1>厂家2。四家抗病毒药品测试样燃烧热为11074.22~18121.89 J/g,CV%<5%。从热重分析结果、抗病毒药品燃烧性方面分析,四家抗病毒药品燃烧稳定性排序为厂家1>厂家3>厂家2>厂家4。熵聚类分析应用于抗病毒药物的分类学研究,为大规模开发抗病毒药品资源以及分类研究提供有力的科学依据。热重分析利巴韦林的燃烧稳定性,建立四种抗病毒药的多指标综合评价体系,为抗病毒药燃烧稳定性研究提供有力的科学依据。 Four antiviral drugs,ribavirin,were selected as the research objects,and the heat of combustion was measured by oxygen bomb calorimeter.The order of the heat of combustion to the four antiviral and antiviral drugs was manufacturer4>manufacturer 3>manufacturer 1>manufacturer 2.The combustion heat of antiviral and antiviral drug test samples was between 11074.22~18121.89 J/g,CV%<5%.From the results of thermogravimetric analysis and the combustion stability to antiviral and antiviral drugs,the order of combustion stability to the four antiviral and antiviral drugs was manufacturer1>manufacturer 3>manufacturer 2>manufacturer 4.Entropy cluster analysis was applied to the taxonomic research of antiviral drugs,which provided a strong scientific basis for the large-scale development of antiviral drug resources and classification research.The combustion stability of ribavirin was analyzed by thermogravimetry,and the multi index comprehensive evaluation system of four antiviral drugs established provided a strong scientific basis for the study of the combustion stability of antiviral drugs.
