摘要
作者选择4个厂家生成的阿莫西林作为研究对象,利用氧弹量热计测定燃烧热,4种药品燃烧热大小顺序为:厂家4药品>厂家3药品>厂家1药品>厂家2药品。测试样燃烧热在9012.70~20370.59 J·g^(-1)之间,相对标准偏差(CV)<5%。从热重结果分析,4种药品燃烧稳定性排序为:厂家2药品>厂家1药品>厂家3药品>厂家4药品。根据熵聚类将不同厂家4种药品分为三大类。作者建立了阿莫西林的多指标综合评价体系,为药物燃烧稳定性研究提供依据。
Amoxicillin were selected as the research objects,and the heat of combustion was measured by oxygen bomb calorimeter.The order of the heat of combustion of the four drugs was manufacturer 4>manufacturer 3>manufacturer 1>manufacturer 2.The combustion heat of drug test samples was between 9012.70-20370.59 J·g^(-1),CV<5%.From the results of thermogravimetric analysis,the order of combustion stability to the four drugs was manufacturer 2>manufacturer 1>manufacturer 3>manufacturer 4.The drugs from different manufacturers were divided into three categories according to the entropy cluster analysis.A multi-index comprehensive evaluation system for four drugs was established,providing a strong scientific basis for the study of the combustion stability of drugs.
