摘要
在pH4.5的HAc-NaAc介质中,Ni(Ⅱ)与1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(PMBP)生成络合物,于-0.95V(vs.SCE,下同)出现一尖锐、灵敏的极谱波峰电流与Ni(Ⅱ)浓度在0.005~1.2μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系.用多种电化学方法研究了极谱波的性质及电极反应机理,证明-0.95V处的极谱波为络合物吸附波,峰电流由中心离子Ni(Ⅱ)还原产生,络合物组成为Ni(Ⅱ):PMBP=1:1试验了多种离子对峰电流的影响采用离子交换法分离干扰离子,用于钢样中镍的测定,得到满意结果。
In the medium of HAc-NaAc(pH4.5),Ni(Ⅱ) reacts with 1-pheny1-3-methy1-4-benzoy1-5pyrazalone(PMBP)to form a complex and there is a sharp and sensitive polarographic wave on aDME(dropping mercury electrode) at -0.95V(vs.SCE). The peak height is linear with the concentrationof Ni(Ⅱ) in the range of 0.005-- 1.2 g/ml. Several electrochemical methods are used to study theproperties of the polarographic wave and the mechanism of electrode reaction and it is proved that thepolarographic wave at -0.95V is an adsorptive wave of the complex. The peak current is produced byreduction of central ion Ni.The composition of the complex is Ni: PMBP=1: 1.Effects ofinterference ions are tested. The interfering components are separated by ion exchange method.Themethod is applied to the determination of nickel in steel with satisfactory results.
