摘要
在pH4.30的HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,Au(Ⅲ)与5-Br-PADAP经沸水浴加热形成1:I紫色配合物,在示波极谱仪上-0.60V(vs,SCE)产生一灵敏的配合物吸附波。线性范围5.0×10 ̄(-8)~2.00×l0 ̄(-6)mol/L检出限2.0×108mol/L.研究30多种离子的干扰及分离条件。用聚氨酯泡沫塑料分离金用于矿样中金的测定,结果良好。
The polarographic wave of complex of Au(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP in HAc-NaAc buffer solution was studied, The optimum conditions are 5.00×10 ̄(-8)mol/L 5-Br-PADAP and 0.028mol/L HAC-0.012mol/NaAC at pH4.3.The potential of peak is-0.60V(vs.SCE).The linear rangebetween the peak height and the concentration of Au(Ⅲ)is from 8.0 × IO ̄(-8)~2.0 × l0 ̄(-6)mol/L, and the minimum detectable concentration of Au(Ⅲ) is 2.0 × l0 ̄(-8)mol/L.The composition of complex is Au(Ⅲ): 5-Br-PADAP=1:1. The conditional stability constant was found to be β=2.53× l0 ̄7.The character,of polarog-raphic wave and the electrochemical reaction mechanism were investigated by cycle voltammetry and other electrochemical methods.The interference from more than thirty metal ions are tested.The method has been used for determination of trace amount of Au(Ⅲ) in cample. The results are satis-factory.
