摘要
知识产权法教学教学目的是培养在实际法律工作中能够正确应用知识产权法律知识的具有综合素质的职业法律人,而知识产权法内容的丰富性、综合性决定了知识产权法教学必须转变教学思路,改革教学模式和教学方法,以适应社会对知识产权法人才的需求。
The purpose of intellectual property teaching is to train professional legal persons with overall quality who can use knowledge of intellectual property law correctly in actual legal work. The richness and integrity of intellectual property decides that intellectual property teaching should change its teaching ideas and reform teaching models and teaching methods to meet the social demand for talent on intellectual property law.
