摘要
以山西医科大学为例,对大学生知识产权保护意识的现状进行详细的调查与分析。调查内容包括对知识产权及专利权相关知识的认知情况、对盗版等侵权行为的态度、获取知识产权知识的途径、对开设知识产权课程的态度等方面。结果表明目前学生较为缺乏知识产权知识,法律意识也较为淡薄,据此提出地方医药院校有效开展知识产权教育的建议。
Taking Shanxi Medical University as an example, the paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of students＇ consciousness of intellectual property rights （IPR） protection. The investigation involves the following major points： the cognition of IPR and relevant knowledges, the attitudes to the tort such as piracy, the ways to obtain the IPR knowledge as well as the attitudes to the IPR curriculum. The results indicates that students in the university general lack of the IPR knowledge and their protection consciousness is relatively weak. Corresponding suggestions for the effective IPR education are put forward.
