用于纤维质小尺寸材料力学性能测试的试验机研制 被引量:2

摘要 根据纤维质小尺寸试样的静曲强度和抗弯弹性模量的测试要求,利用弹性构件的胡克定律,试制了一种简易的实验用力学测试装置。从利用该样机测试马尾松的抗弯弹性模量和静曲强度的数据来看,这种测试装置用于测试小尺寸试样的静曲强度和抗弯弹性模量是可行的,试验机通过进一步完善和有关元件的配套,完全可以在小尺寸材料力学性能测试中使用。 Hookes' law applied in elastic component is utilized to produce a simple mechanics testing device used for experiments according to the testing requirements of the static bending strength and bending elastic modulus of the smalldimension fiber sample. From the testing data of bending elastic modulus and static bending strength of Masson Pine, the testing device used in this kind of experiment to test the bending elastic modulus and static bending strength of the small- dimension sample is feasible. The tester is completely available for being used in the mechanics performance test of smalldimension materials through further perfection and provision of relevant suooorting elements.
