摘要
本文以问卷调查为主,结合其他材料,分析了当前印尼华文教师的情况和近几年出现的变化:年轻华文教师越来越多,但职业忠诚度不如其他年龄段教师;性别失衡及年龄断层情况仍旧严重;华文教师整体学历水平、收入水平均逐步提高;使用简体字、汉语拼音进行教学占绝对比例。论文还就出现的相关问题进行了分析探讨。
Based on questionnaire survey and other materials, this paper reflects the status and the changes in recent years of teachers of Chinese in Indonesia. It. found that there are more and more young teachers of Chinese working in Indonesia while their degree of professional loyalty is less than other age groups. The overall levels of education degree and income of teachers of Chinese in Indonesia are gradually improving. Most of them use Simplified Chinese characters, Pinyin in teaching. It aslo analyzed and discussed the relevant problems appeared.
