摘要
在世界华文教育转型升级的大背景下,东南亚华文教育在取得新进展的同时也显现出诸多问题,主要表现为:教师、教材、教学等“三教”问题凸显,发展的可持续性不强;学情掌握不够充分;传承与传播模式单一,与主流社会、主流媒体的融入度不高。上述问题是语言政策、经济状况、华人社会分布格局、“三化”(标准化、正规化、专业化)建设水平、多民族多语言的多元社会现状及发展理念等多重因素交互作用的结果。基于上述问题及原因,促进东南亚华文教育事业可持续发展应从以下四个方面发力:厘清东南亚华文教育需求,深化供给侧结构性改革;发挥信息技术优势,赋能东南亚华文教学模式转型发展;聚焦“华语+职业素养”,培养复合型华语人才;强化顶层设计,优化资源整合。
The Chinese language education in Southeast Asia has made new progress under the background of the worldwide transition and upgrading of such education,but there have been many problems as well,which mainly manifested in:the lack of sustainable development due to the problems existing in“teacher,textbooks and teaching”;the lack of sufficient mastery of learning situation;and the insufficient integration into the mainstream society and media due to the single mode of transmission.The formation of these problems owing to the interaction of multiple factors,such as language policy,economic development,distribution pattern of Chinese society,construction level of“three modernizations”(standardization,regularization and specialization),the situation of a multi-ethnic and multilingual society and development concept.In order to promote the sustainable development of Chinese language education in Southeast Asia,we should take measures in the following four aspects:first,make clear the demand of Chinese language education in Southeast Asia and deepen the supply-side structural reform;next,give full play to the advantages of information technology,and empower the transition and development of Chinese teaching mode in Southeast Asia;then,focus on“Mandarin+Professional quality”to cultivate compound Southeast Asian Mandarin talents;and finally,strengthen top-level design and optimize resource integration.
