摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济贸易发展很快,已经成功地从一个经济贸易小国迅速崛起为世界经济贸易大国,这是中国经济制度变迁与创新的结果。但我国与世界经济强国相比还存在很大差距,而制度滞后则是阻止我国从贸易大国走向贸易强国的主要障碍。为加快我国从贸易大国走向贸易强国,必须进一步加大改革与制度创新,而制度变迁则应采取渐进的诱致性制度变迁方式。
Since reform and opening up,we have made great achievements in the economic and foreign trade development;we have already developed from a small country to a big country in terms of economic and foreign trade development;it is the result of the institutional change and innovation in China.But there is still huge gap between China and other economic strong countries.And the lagged behind system is the barrier constraining China to development from a big country to a strong country in terms of foreign trade.To accelerate the development from a big foreign trade country to a strong foreign trade country,we should strengthen reform and the institutional innovation,especially the progressive institutional change.
