摘要
中国法律的社会化运动,自20世纪80年代中期实施以来已近20年了,这场旨在提高全民法律意识和法观念的法律社会化运动,其理论设计和实践效果昭示:以往的法律社会化运动只是法律条文的社会化,而法律理念的社会化才是法律社会化的进路。
China’s legal socialization movement has been fulfilled for more than 20 years since 1980’s. The movement intends to improve the public legal consciousness and legal ideas, and its theoretical design and practical effect suggest: Before the legal socialization movement was only the socialization of legal articles, but the single approach of law is the socialization of legal concepts.
