大直径锻球的制备工艺及其磨损性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 研制了一种用于大型球磨机的新型大直径锻球。分析了磨球心部和表面的显微组织,测试了磨球距心部不同部位的硬度分布、冲击韧度和冲击磨料磨损等性能。结果表明,锻后空冷处理后的磨球整体组织均匀,心部与表面硬度差小于2 HRC,其体积硬度可达52 HRC;磨球冲击韧度为16 J/cm2。冲击磨料磨损试验结果表明,大直径锻球的磨损性(W-1)比65 Mn大直径锻球高出约30%,其耐磨性能明显提高。 A kind of large-diameter forging ball matched with the large-scale ball mill was fabricated.The microstructure in the center and surface of forging ball was analyzed.The hardness,impact toughness and the impact abrasive wear properties of different parts away from the forging ball center were investigated.The results showed that the overall structure of the forging ball was uniform after air cooling.The hardness gap between the center and the surface of the forging ball was less than 2 HRC,meanwhile its volume hardness was up to 52 HRC.The impact toughness was 16 J/cm^2.It was indicted that the impact abrasive wear(W^-1) of the large-diameter forging ball was about 30% higher than that of 65Mn large-diameter forging ball.Therefore,the wear resistance of the forging ball is significantly improved.
