摘要
常规工艺作用下,小球表面粗糙,矿石加工合格率低,为此,研究矿用磨球机的选型及安装工艺。选择磨球机部件型号,将机架作为基础件,连接主轴、料盘、电液管线等,固定液压驱动装置在法兰盘上,在装置压紧腔内串联单向阀和压力表,合并操作调节装置和油箱,在传动部位增加卸荷装置和减振装置。实验结果表明,设计工艺减小钢球表面粗糙度,增加了生产合格率。
Under the action of conventional process,the surface of small ball is rough and the qualified rate of ore processing is low.Therefore,the selection and installation process of mining ball grinder are studied.Select the parts of ball grinder,take the frame as the basic part,connect the main shaft,material plate,electro-hydraulic pipeline,etc.,fix the hydraulic drive device on the flange,connect the one-way valve and pressure gauge in series in the compression chamber of the device,combine the operation of regulating device and oil tank,and add the unloading device and damping device in the transmission part.The experimental results show that the design process reduces the surface roughness of steel ball and increases the qualified rate of production.
