通过对大型巴氏合金轴承衬的解剖分析，详细了解了重力浇注法浇注的大型轴承衬中硬质相的大小、分布、形态和数量。提出工艺控制和提高质量的途径及可靠的技术参考数据。
The sizes, distributions, morphologies and quantities of hard phase in the large size bush by gravity casting have been investigated by means of its dissection, so as to provide the reliable technique data for process control and quality insurance of large size bush.
