摘要
针对采煤机截齿磨损失效的问题,对采煤机截齿进行碳硼复合渗的化学热处理,利用XRD、扫描电镜进行渗层分析,并与标准试样和渗碳试样耐磨性进行对比试验。研究结果表明,碳硼复合渗的40CrNiMo钢渗硼层中物相为Fe2B;扫描电镜下测得渗层的厚度为123.56μm;碳硼复合渗的40CrNiMo钢的耐磨性是标准试样的2.17倍。
The Heat Treatment of carburized and subsequently boronizing was applied in cutting pick of coal cutter,and the penetration layer was analyzed by XRD and SEM,which were compared with standard and carburized specimens.The work showed that the phase was just Fe2B in the boronized layer of 40CrNiMo steel,in the measured thickeness of 123.56 μm under the SEM.Wear resistance of carburized and subsequently boronized 40CrNiMo steels is 2.17 times as that of the standard specimens.
