摘要
通过堆焊技术将高速钢耐磨焊条涂覆在截齿基体上 ,使涂层与基体成为冶金结合。试验证明涂层成分类似于高速钢 ,这些成分通过固溶强化、位错强化、弥散强化、细晶强化等方式使涂层具有较高的硬度与耐磨性。最终的涂层组织由网状莱氏体、马氏体、回火马氏体、下贝氏体。
High-speed steel layers were coated on the pick′s base by surfacing welding technology and bonded with the base metal metallurgically.The results show that the composition of welded layer is similar to that of high-speed steel,and those metal elements can enhance hardness and wear resistance of the coating by strengthening of solution,dislocation,dispersion and fined grain.The last structures of the coating include netted ledeburite,martensite,tempered martensite,lower bainite,carbide and retained austenite.
