摘要
针对采煤机截齿磨损失效的问题,对其进行碳硼复合渗试验。通过XRD及扫描电镜进行渗层分析,并与专业生产厂家的标准处理工艺的试样进行了耐磨性对比试验。XRD结果表明,40CrNiMo钢碳硼复合渗后的渗硼层物相为Fe2B;扫描电镜照片测得渗层厚度约为117μm。耐磨性能测试表明,碳硼复合渗的40CrNiMo钢的耐磨性是标准试样的2.17倍。
In view of abrasion failure of the cutting pick of the shearer,the test for carburization and boronization effects it is carried out.The penetration layer is analyzed by XRD and SEM and contrasted with standard specimens made by professional manufacturers in wear resistance.The XRD results show that the phase of penetration layer of carburized and boronized 40CrNiMo steel is Fe2B,and the penetration layer is 117μm in thickness.The wear resistance test shows that the wear resistance of carburized and boronized 40CrNiMo steel is 2.17 times as the standard specimens.
