摘要
目的:以山楂叶黄酮提取物为对象,研究其抗氧化作用。方法:用超声波法辅助提取出山楂叶原料所含黄酮类化合物,对比合成抗氧剂叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ),按GB/T5009.37-1996进行过氧化值(POV)测定。结果:山楂叶黄酮提取物对油脂具有较强的抗氧化性能,抗氧化效果随剂量增加而加强。结论:山楂叶黄酮可以作为一种植物抗氧化剂开发利用,尤其作为一种天然无毒的食品添加剂应用。
Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of flavonoids extracted from hawthorn leaves.Methods: We extracted the flavones from hawthorn leaves by an ultrasonic wave aided method.Compared with the synthetic antioxidant tert-butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ),the peroxide values(POV) were determined based on GB/T5009.37-1996.Results: The flavones extracted from hawthorn leaves showed strong antioxidant properties towards axunge and the antioxidant effect was dose dependent.Conclusion: Flavones extracted from hawthorn leaves have a development potential as a plant antioxidant,especially as a natural non-toxic food additive.
