摘要
目的了解军队医院文职护理人员对继续教育学习需求的现状,为科学开展继续教育提供依据。方法按单纯随机整群抽样方法抽取10所军队综合性医院在职文职护士2 000名,采用＂军队医院护理人员继续教育调查问卷＂对其进调查。结果回收有效问卷1 912份。93.7%~95.2%的文职护士有进一步提高军人素养和军事护理学知识与技能的需求,不同工作年限、不同层次护理人员对继续教育的内容、形式的需求不同。结论文职护士对继续教育需求大,亟需通过分层次、科学合理的继续教育全面提升综合素质,以更好地满足岗位任职和现代卫勤保障的需求。
Objective To explore the demands for nursing continuing education of civilian nurses in the military hospitals of China,so as to provide the scientific evidence for continuing education.Methods With simple random sampling,an investigation questionnaire of nursing continuing education of military hospitals was conducted among 2 000 civilian nurses in ten military comprehensive hospitals to collect the data of demands for nursing continuing education.Results Of the 2 000 sending questionnaires,totally 1 912 questionnaires were retrived.Totally 93.7% to 95.2% of the civilian nurses had the needs of learning more knowledge and advanced techniques about military nursing.With the difference of the working lifetime and their duties in the hospitals,nurses had varied needs on the contents and patterns of continuing education.Conclusion It is very necessary for civilian nurses in the military hospitals to renew their knowledge and improve their practice skills.Scientific and rational nursing continuing education should be carried out according to their needs.
